Halloween in Provo

I've been looking forward to Provo's Halloween decorations on foot for a while. You will see why.

I can't believe I got a blurry picture of the last and best one, but one of the guys came out just as I was creepishly finding a good spot. Couldn't pass it up though, no regrets.
